  1. Hidden Treasure
An outlaw named Willie Brennan hid gold on the Sliabh n Muc hills in a place called the Rock of Tarabh. He was pursued by British soldiers at the time and was afraid of being caught. When he was in court in Clonmel before he was handed he said that if there was any person there from Tipperary or Ballyglass he would tell them where the treasure was hidden, but no person got the secret so the Gold was never found
