  1. Wild Animals
There was once a poor man living in a cottage and hares were very plentiful around the place and anyone would not be allowed to kill the game. The landlord had men watching for poachers and if anyone was found killing the game he would be prosecuted.
One night the man went with two dogs to kill a hare which he had often seen in a field near his house. One of the dogs caught the hare by the leg but she escaped and got into the house and the man went in after her. There was an old woman inside who used change herself into a hare and she used to milk all the farmers cows at night. The man saw the sign of the dog bite on her leg.
