There is a field near our house and there are three wells and a pump in it.There are only three families in the townland, MacGuire's, Lee's, Gleeson's. There are sixteen people living in the district. All houses in district are thatched.One river runs in the district, that is the River Anner.

- We live in the townland of Raheen. We are the only family living in Raheen. There are eight in our family.
- There are twenty-one families in the townland of Clonagoose, and seventy-nine people. There are five thatched houses in Clonagoose, three iron roofed houses and the remainder slated.Some of the land is upland and good and part is lowland. There is no wood, no lake, nor stream. Shelly is the most common name.
