    Roinn Roinn Postáil
    In the olden times people used to eat only three meals per day. These consisted of breakfast, dinner and supper. Their breakfast consisted of oatmeal baked into bread because they had no flour. Their dinner consisted of stirabout and their supper consisted of potatoes and salt. The people in these days were twice as strong as they are now-a-days. The people had no meat then (no more) like now-a-days. When Christmas and Easter would come around there would be a small bit of meat brought home to the old people.
