    I
    My name is John Moloney
    I'm now fourteen years old
    I'm quiet a nice young fellow
    Though some people think I'm bold
    As I walk to school each morning
    I feel so gay and free.
    A brighter looking pupil you need not wish to see.
    II
    For half an hour each morning.
    We play the national game.
    My pals at school must all admit
    Im a terror at that same.
    Then the master will remind us.
    There a time for work and play,
    So we march into the school room
