    The girls started for home but found that the chapel doors were locked. In desperation they rang the bell. A couple of lay sisters hearing the noise came to their aid. They then went to the Reverend Mother and related to her the strange story. They immediately proceeded to Sister Paul's room but found it empty. The Reverend Mother summoned a few of the nuns to go with her to the chapel and there they found Sister Paul dead on the altar steps with a beautiful smile upon her countenance.
