Later on the same day John and the neighbour met again and perhaps under the influence of a drop it was easier to settle the dispute. They came to an agreement and John had to go again to the Post Office to acquaint his solicitor. He told his story again and now says he "You must sent another wire for me now." What will I say now John" says she. Tell him - Stand back" says John, he'll understand that.
