There is also another cure for corns viz. to steep loaf bread in vinegar and put it to the corn for three nights in succession, then remove the corn which is easily picked out. The cause of corns is tight or small shoes. A cure for tired feet in the summer is to bathe them in salty water, or to lie down beside the ditch and put your two legs up on it and leave the blood recede from the feet. In about a quarter of an hour you would be able to walk twenty miles. It is a great ease to the feet.
