    There is one derelict forge about half a mile outside Glin on the road leading to Ballyguiltenane. A man named Morgan Enright lived there. It was a lonely spot with a stream (issuing from a quarry) flowing past the door.
    Nobody liked the place after sunset and nobody liked to pass the place alone after dark.
