Ar an leathanach seo

  1. There are no tailors here now but there were three here long ago. Two of them used work here but one was called a Journeyman Tailor.
    He used travel from house to house making clothes His name was Michael Hickey. The other two were Tom Sullivan and Mick Sullivan and they were not related. Those two tailors used stock their own cloth but the other fellow used get it from those for whom he worked. The tailors implements are :- A Needle, A Thimble, A Scissors, Thread, A Measuring Tape and A Table.
    People knit stockings here. People wore tall hats and a Swallowtail coat and a black pants with narrow legs and a white vest.
    There were also four other tailors whose names were:- John Day, Michael, John Day junior and John Hegarty. John Day and his two sons used to work at home but John Hegarty used to travel around
