Ar an leathanach seo

  1. In olden times some people used to work "piseoga" on other people. Those who worked "piseoga" gave themselves up to the devil and they used to go around in any shape they wished.
Rev. Father Green who was P.P. of Castlemagner about thirty years ago was passing by Ardine Bridge one morning when he say a boy at the edge of a stream with a cup in his hand. He used to dip it into the water and take out a cup of it and throw it away again, while he was doing it he used to say "Half for you and half for me". The priest then asked him what was he doing and he said that he was doing his mother's business. This woman used to work "piseoga".
