The same people have been calling
to my house for many years.
These travelers are very poor
because they are half-naked. Some
of the travelers sell small
astiles. The men make articles
from tin such as gallons, others,
buying and selling horses and
donkeys.
In olden times travellers
were welcomed because papers
were not as plentiful as they
are now but the travellers
would have the news of the
country. These travellers would
often have good stories.
Long ago travellers
remained at some farm house
to sleep, but now they have
covered cars to sleep in. They
would sleep by the fire side
with hay as beds. The women
sell articles to the people and
collect food, eggs, tea, sugar, or pennies.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
