When he died a few days after there was his daughter Catharine Kelly in the house. Jones came asking the rent. At that time the song called "The wife of the Bold Tenant Farmer" was being made. Catherine Kelly was the wife of the bold tenant farmer. There was a man coming from Clonakilty one day and he heard the argument between Catherine(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
