    A barrack was burned in Ballydehob in the 1920.

    A barrack was burned in Ballydehob in the 1920. It was burned by the I.R.A. A Sergeant was drowned at Ballydehob quay in the year 1924. He went for a swim by himself and he got into difficulty, and he was drowned as there was no one to help him.
