- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)or near streams. A piece of bamboo containing one knot is at first got. A hole is then made through the centre of the knot with a pin. A piece of cloth is then fastened to a small thin stick which is forced in as far as possible to the bamboo. The knot of the bamboo is then placed in water, while the thin stick is pulled so as to soak up the water. Then the tin stick is forced in again which forces the water out as a gun would.Tops An empty reel is got. One end is cut off about at the middle of the reel, so as to make a point. A little bit of stick is then forced in through the hole of the reel from the flat side until it reaches a small distance beyond the point.
