Of all these forts Dúnmánus Fort is the most important. Some of the forts are very interesting, and others are not quite so interesting.
Any boy or girl who is interested in their local history should try to seek as much information as possible about these mysterious old hiding-places.
They are monuments which go to show the skill and art of the olden people. It would be a shame to misuse them by putting turf or hay or any such things into them.
