Ar an leathanach seo
- We have a churn at home and it is a dash churn. It is worked by hand and it takes about half an hour to do the churning. The churn is about three feet high and one and a half feet wide.
We do churning once a week. It is done by my mother and sometimes by myself. I keep churning for a while and then my mother puts lukewarm water into the churn to break the cream. I can easily know when the cream is broken as there are little white specks on the lid. I keep churning till the butter(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
