- Once upon a time an old man and an old woman were living together. It was Xmas time and they agreed to make a pudding. The woman got all the nickest things in the house and put them into a dough and put it into a cloth and put the cloth into a pot over the fire. It was not long before an old witch came in and said "Run out, the sky is falling."
