- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)North Kilmona which she established. A well is also named after her though it is a long way away from her townland. There is an old burial ground in North Kilmona.
- The LandlordsLong ago the people used have a very bad opinion of the landlords and their agents. Beecher was the name of the old landlord of this place. There were several families evicted from their homes here. Some of them went to England and others were given smaller houses by the landlords but with very little land. Some people were turned out although they had their rents paid because someone else wanted their houses and farms. One family by the name of Mahony was evicted from this island and went over to England. About three years ago one of them died and left thirty-two thousand pounds and a lot of house property as well.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
