- Cures for rheumatism are as follows;
1. To drink three pints of spring water each day for three months is a cure.
2. To bathe the limbs with coarse salt dissolves in spring water is a cure.

5. If a persons foot was sprained and put it against a stream of spring water is a cure.

9. If bitten by a dog hair taken from the dog and applied to the wound is a cure.
10. A dog to lick a bad sore is a cure.
11. By making a knot called the worm knot three times over a breast is a cure.
