  1. When you go to bed at night make the sign of the cross on your forehead and say Jesus of Nazareth king of the Jews preserve us from a sudden and unprepared death.

    When you say your prayers in the morning, say “O Sacrament most Holy O Sacrament divine all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment thine, and “O Mary conceived without sin pray for us.”
