When she returned home the king said to her -"Ah! I know you were scorned by everyone at the feast" I was not, said she, because when entering I fell and immediately I became a beautiful lady". "Not a lady you mean, said the king, but an ugly thing". But alas; said she, coming out I stumbled again and lost the ring. The king was furious but said that he would give her
