    Slamhnan
    When you get a slamnan on your eye the cure is to go some garden on Monday Thursday and Monday and get ten goose-berry thorns and point nine of them to your eye and throw the tenth into the fire
    Another cure is to wash your eye with strong cold tea
    Whooping Cough
    The cure for the Whooping Cough is to drink donkey's milk or to drink ferret's
