  2. There is a large stone on Mr Michael Dempseys land in Loughlass, Ballyliian Laoighis. It is about ten tons in weight Fionn Mac Cumhaill is said to have thrown it from the top of Tullymoy Hill in the parish of Ballyadams Laoighis. The hill is about 2 miles distant from the place where the stone now lies
