  1. One night as I lay in slumber,
    Strange phantoms obstructed my rest.
    I thought I had been and old empress
    When Bacus those words he expressed
    "No longer I'll stay here to tarry
    But I'll soon change my place of abode
    And hasten to Upperwoods Bowers
    To booze upon Camross Roads".
    II;
    The muses all said they'ed come with me
    They ordered a famed flying horse
    Great Cupid has caused his assistance
    Menervo, Apollo and Mars,
    They ordered a strict resolution
    For to go along with gay Bacus
    To booze upon Camross Roads.
    III;
    There is mechanieal sportsmen
    Well known by the cold winding train
    He takes many rural excursions
    Which makes him be admired by the swain
    Whoever attacks in drinking
    And drinks his glass free without move
    Will find a difficult task to
    Go sober from Camross Roads.
