   Birds which lay a great number of eggs are:
   The Wren from thirteen to twenty or more
   The Robin often as many as twelve eggs
   Birds which lay four to five eggs are The Blackbird, Boglark, Sparrow, Yellow hammer, Sandmartin.
   Birds which lay four o three eggs are Mag Pie, Wood pigeon, Jackdaw, Crow.

   The weather is often judged by birds. When the Robin cries it is a sign of rain, and also when the Swallows fly low rain is coming. Crows making a lot of noise and flocking together is a sign of wind. When Blackbirds and Thrushes get tame it is a sign of hardship.
   Wagtails about the door show signs of wet days.
