  1. Daddy told me that his Grandfather was digging in a little garden in Cannycourt and he found three heads of men and the amount of rifles was the same. He had a rick of hay near where the garden was. The morning after the rick of hay was gone.
    So he put back the heads and the rifles and the next morning the rick of hay was back in its own place.
    Years after he sowed potatoes in the same place and they never came up at all.
    These men were supposed to be some of the Fianna. And some one else was out one night and they saw
