One time a man named Pat Nolan was very poor and he had a dream that a lump of gold was under a bush on the moat in Gaulstown. The next morning Pat went to the moat and began to dig. When he had the hole six feet deep he came to a flag. He lifted the flag and beneath it was the lump of gold. He took home the gold and sold it for a good price. Then he bought his clothes and went to Mass and had good sport but he died after some time.
