- The raven is a sure sign of death. She is a big bird like a crow. If she is seen on a house it shows that a person of that house is near death. A sister of one of the pupils of our school saw the raven that night she fell sick and died after four days. The "bean sidhe"
The "bean side" is a tall woman with white hair. She cries near the sick persons house. We may hear her days or weeks before the person dies. If she is not crying she is seen combing her hair.Picture Falling.
If a picture falls without any apparent cause, it is regarded as a sure sign of death.
