Moore & Phelan (Whelan) are the most common names. Kilmoganny got its name from St Moganna. - Brownestown is the name of my home district, & in it are three families consisting of twenty two people, all living in the old make of houses. The ground is very boggy.
- The name of my home-district is Ballygowan. There are three families living in it. All the houses are slated.
