Ar an leathanach seo
- Once there lived in Baile na Muc in the County Tipperary a house full of robbers. There were six of them in it. Sometimes they used to kill innocent people after they had robbed them. Everybody was afraid of them because they had guns and ammunition. When the people used to be going to the fairs they had to pass by their house and were robbed.
In those days they used to ride horses instead of bicycles. One night when the people were going along the road one after the other and they came to the robbers house. Some of them were afraid to pass but others went on. The last rider when passing was knocked off his horse. He struggled but all was in vain. They brought him into the house and murdered him and took everything he had. They buried him under the hearth. Every night from that on at twelve o'clock the house used to shake and the cups used to be broken, and many people heard the ghost of the man walking.
