   There was a man who had 2 greyhounds + he was very fond of hunting with them. He went out hunting this day + he saw a very big fat hare watching him. He was surprised that the hare didn't run away He called his dogs + they made a race at the hare. The hare didn't move. He wondered at this + when the dogs were quite near the hare it ran + did a lot of tricks the man never saw a hare do before. The dogs failed to catch it because it did many tricks they weren't up to. He went home + said nothing for fear others would get better dogs + kill the hare. He had to get ready a load of turf to go to Naas. He told a man in Naas about the hare. The man said he had a great black dog + they would go + kill the hare. They started off to kill the hare. They let the first 2 dogs at him + when they were beaten the man let go his black dog. The hare ran very fast when he saw the black dog. It was
