  1. Long ago tailors were very common in this district. The people used get a suit of clothes for six shillings. There was a man named Paddy Sullivan who lived in Lehud where John Shea lives now. He used to go around from house to house making clothes. One day he was in the Post Office. He was making a suit for a boy named Jack. He was sitting up in the table with one leg across the other the way the tailor is sewing. Jack got a needle and sewed the two stockings together. Paddy jumped off the table and fell on the floor.
    Paddy had a daughter in America. She came home. Paddy usen't wear any collar but a scarf. The daughter brought home a collar to Paddy.
