  1. Saint Connell built a church in Rosconnell he gave his name to that place. He was a deciple of Saint Kierans. Some people that Rosconnell is as old or even older. Donoughmore is one of the seven churches built by Saint Patrick. Lady well is connected with Rosconnell, and Rosconnell is suposed to be conected to a monastery in Ballinakill by a tunnell.
