On St. Stephen's Day a number of boys come together and they go round to the houses where they sing songs and play music. They get a little money at each house with which that buy a football or a fiddle. The song that is sung is:

On Easter Sunday the children have a feast outside in the open air. They boil eggs and make tea.
On May Eve May flowers are gathered and thrown at the doors and windows. This is done to keep the Fairies away.
