  1. Story about the bad times
During the bad times, a great many beggars used to be travelling from house to house.
At dinner-time, one day, a beggar happened to go into a certain house, and he was invited to the table.
Before dinner was finished, the second beggar arrived, and he got an invitation to the table from his mate, before anybody else had time to speak. The second beggar was slow in moving to the table till he got an invitation from the man or woman of the house.
However that did not upset the first arrival. He began forcing him, to join them.
“Beidh cathú ort, ar ball” adubhairt sé.
