   (1) For Sciatica 'lusan línn', a brown herb with a blue flower was used. you should make a ring of green rushes and pound the herb within it. The juice was a very severe blister. Mike Leahy, Toureenablaha, had tried several doctors for a cure but failed. Phil Roche, Toureenablaha, got the cure from old Ward, a schoolmaster in Meenkilly over 40 years ago and he showed him how it was done. Phil applied the herb to Leahy - it gave him a complete cure. Jim Woulfe. [?] was also cured.
