There is a little bridge that separates the parishes of Killeenterna and Castleisland near to Saint Finian's Church. The name of this little bridge has kept for us the name of the small church at which the Castleislanders worshipped perhaps for a hundred years before the arrival of the Anglo-Normans in Kerry.
