- The old people long ago never used medicin, or they never got docters. They used the herb for curing pains or anything they had.
Nettles. Cures rheumatism. Boil the nettles, and drink the juice.
Dock leaves. Cures nettleburn. Peel the green skin, and put the white skin inside up to it, and the burn will go away, and you would say "nettle, nettle burn me dock-leaf cure me"
Dandelion. Cures warts. Bruise the dandelion, and the white milk that will come out of it rub it to the warts for the nine mornings.
