The people of the olden times had only three bare meals a day, breakfast, dinner, and supper, because the food they had, there was great bond in it.
Potatoes and sour milk were used for their breakfast, yellow meal and gruel for their dinner and yellow squares and a mug of sour milk for their supper.
Very few people sat at the table to eat, but any convenient place they got.
Yellow meal bread and wheaten bread were the only kinds of bread that had in those times.
