  1. In Castlegregory there lived a very rich woman who not long after being married fell ill, and died shortly afterwards.
    Not long after this happened a beggar opened her grave and saw the beautiful rings on he cut off the the rings with a hatched. He was about to shut her grave when she opened her eyes and got up and went home, it is said that the rings stopped the circulation of her blood.
