  1. Food in olden times
The people of long ago had not so many meals as we have now a days. they had but three meals every day and we have four now. We have our breakfast, dinner, lunch and evening tea. they had only breakfast, dinner, and tea and they only had veal for meat, but we have mutton and beef now. Here is a list of bread they used- Oat bread, potato breat, boxty bread, and that is all I know of regarding their bread. the usual foods they used were eggs, milk, potatoes and fresh fish. This is the way they made potato bread. First they boiled the potatoes and pealed them. Then they used to bruise them and mix them up with flour and salt and then cut it four quarters and put it into a pan without a lid.
