    Roughly about 4' in height, 2½' in bottom and about the same on top. The sides close in a little ¾ ways up and then open out again. [small drawing of churn]The present one we have is about 20 years.
    This is what is known as the old type. Now there may be seen -; the revolving one; the one with the fixed frame and churned by a handle. The old one or one we have is churned by an upward and down motion.
