  1. Stampi used to be made in this District. This is how it used be made.
    They used get the cover of a cocoa can and put holes with a nail on it. Then they got potatoes and grated them with the cover and mixed them with the flour. Next they put the mixture into an oven with fire under and over for about a half an hour in order to bake it.
    Then they used take it up when it was baked.
