- There was a lonely shepherd there long ago. He used to be minding sheep on a mountain while all the other shepherds used gather their flocks together and talk and keep company for each other. One night the lone shepherd went to the others and told them that he would put his flock of sheep with theirs and stay with them that night because he had seen a man with two heads who told him to clear out of the mountain as quickly as possible. The other shepherds told him to go and mind his own flock and stay alone. He went away and that night the man with the two heads came a shot the lone-shepherd. When he was dead he appeared to the flock of shepherds accompanied by the man with two heads. They took the sheep from them and took them away.Eileen O Connor,
