  1. There is a Holy Well in Glendahilon. Long ago there were two nuns living there.
    One day, the Normans came on to kill them. Two chieftains came down. They left the soldiers above. They got blind. They did not know where they were going. Then the nuns asked them if they would leave them alone. They said they would. One of the nuns scooped her handa little hole in the earth. That was how the well came there first.
    Then she told them to wash there faces. They did so, and they were cured. Then they went away.
    The Well is down in a hollow. It is called "Tobar na súl". The district of Glendahilon is called after the Saint Dahilon.
