The Wren Boys
On St. Stephen's day crowds of young boys and men can be seen going from house to house for money to bury the wren, because on that day St Stephen was killed on account of the wren.
A couple of days before hand they prepare. Every person gets old clothes and turns them inside out. Colours are pinned on to these.
On St. Stephen's Day they rally forth from their place of congregation, on their mission.
