Two miles from Ballinamore there is a townland named Drumlonan. A man named James McDool has a farm of land in this townland.About twenty years ago McDool had a calf-shed for the calves. He noticed that the calves never stirred the hay.One night he waited near the calf-shed to see what was the cause that the calves did not eat the hay. About twelve o' clock a woman dressed in white came up to the calf-shed and entered it.The next night McDool put the calves into a stone-well house near his dwelling-house.
