Mr. Kennedy who lived about a mile from us, one Winter night got up and the snow was on the ground.

One time an old man lived alone in a house. This house is supposed to be haunted. One night a man was coming from the nearest town, and when he was near this man's house he could hear terrible cries. He got afraid and ran into the house. When he went in, there was a man with two heads sitting at the fire. The man fainted, was brought home, and shortly after he died.
