Ar an leathanach seo
- There are three forts in my district and they are called liosanna. One is in the townland of Bermingham the other two are in the townland of Knockvanie. The three of them are within sight of each other. The one in Bermingham is in Mr. Cummin's field which is about two hundred yards to the south of the road. The second is in Mr. Cumn Wilsons field in Knockvanie. It is about thirty yards north of the road. The other is about four hundred yards to the north of that in Mr. Flynn's field. The three of them are circular in shape. They are three big mounds with dikes around them. One of the liosanna in Knockvanie is partly levelled. There is no hole or opening in any of them. Long ago a little man was seen near the lios in Cummin's field. He was about a foot in height. He wore a pair of brown boots and a pair of leggings. He wore a green coat and a green cap and trousers. The Danes built these forts. My grand-father thinks they were built about a thousand years ago(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
